The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Marble Rendaven represents a commercial designation for the organization that owns and manages this website and the corresponding user platform.

The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Given that business structures, regulatory registrations and service delivery models are subject to change, we intentionally avoid presenting them as permanent information on promotional pages. Your service agreement and the documentation package furnished to you constitute the binding reference; if discrepancies exist between this page and that documentation, the latter takes precedence.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy PolicyWe do not list operator identities on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We outline the character of obligations applicable to the service rather than identifying regulators or providing registration identifiers, which appear in legal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

All accounts undergo verification prior to deposits, trading activity or funds withdrawal, consistent with the KYC and AML protocols referenced on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A documented internal resolution pathway including timely acknowledgement, formal investigation and a substantive response delivered within the period communicated upon complaint submission.

Should any jurisdiction enforce more stringent local criteria than specified above, those more stringent standards apply to users based in that location.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any region we have determined to restrict for operational or compliance reasons.

No solicitation

Content on this site is not aimed at individuals in jurisdictions where dissemination or utilization would contravene applicable legislation. Visiting this site from a restricted jurisdiction does not constitute authorization to access the service. Should your residence change to a restricted jurisdiction while you maintain an account, notify us immediately - your account access may require modification or closure, with any remaining funds remitted to you.

Documentation

How to request corporate and compliance documents

Account holders, prospective customers and business partners are entitled to request our organizational and regulatory documentation. Such documentation is furnished in response to inquiries rather than made available through public channels.

What can be requested

  • Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
  • The prevailing service agreement and the applicable fee schedule relevant to your account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
  • Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Put "Regulatory documentation request" in the subject line.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

Indicate whether you maintain an existing account (providing the registered email) or are evaluating the service, and specify which documentation is required.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Questions about our regulatory position, our compliance procedures, or a concern you would like escalated should go to the compliance route rather than to general support.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and identify it "Regulatory Matters". Supply the account email if you currently hold an account, and briefly summarize your inquiry.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Marble Rendaven in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Indeed - transmit them via the contact channel with an appropriately labeled heading and they will be directed to the responsible department.
